Motorola list is biggest. Shame on all rest of brands......specially on Samsung
mas39, 04 Jan 2016So no Z Ultra, shame really.Haha sucks for you dude, guess your "phone" isn't as special as you convinced yourself to believe after all.
Generic why isn't my (enter random/unknown crappy low budget model) phone on the official update list question/remark coming thru.
Apparently the Mate 7 is so good that it's getting Marshmallow not once but twice lol I'm just glad my phone's on the list.
Dear Author. Samsung Galaxy A8 is a 2015 phone. In addition, Moto E 2nd Gen will be updated. I don't know where that 3rd Gen came from.
Chen, 04 Jan 2016In one month, that phone will be 3 years old. Try upgrading. Seriously.I find it amusing how people want their 3 year old phones to get Marshmallow. XD
SK89, 04 Jan 2016Samsung deserves a dedicated sticker of shame for being the slowest OEM in updating its devices.Everyone else is faster at updating becuase they go near-vanilla Android; so no big change.
Samsung makes a lot of alterations to their Touch-Wiz UI.
AnonD-484184, 04 Jan 2016What about Sony Xperia T2 Ultra, is this phone going to get an update of Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It won't. Period.
Even if Sony were to change their mind, they would only add the Z1 series and Z Ultra.
Hopping , 04 Jan 2016How about sony xperia z? -.-In one month, that phone will be 3 years old.
Try upgrading. Seriously.
braj, 04 Jan 2016Why not ... for samsung galaxy s4 (2013) ?That phone is 3 years, you expect updates still? It's lucky you got Lollipop.
AnonD-93438, 03 Jan 2016Asus and Sony for even 3 year old phones! well done to them both!Sony never TOLD they'll update the Z Ultra GPe to marshmallow, its wrong information which gsma made up.
Also, Asus padfone S is a 2014 device, not 2013. They deserve no kudos, because almost all manufacturers upgrade their 2014 phones.
Don't look at the list if you want proper facts.
No sign of Sony rolling it out for Z3 Compact, their website says Dec - Jan. Fingers crossed :)
Samsung deserves a dedicated sticker of shame for being the slowest OEM in updating its devices.
