Since the update to 6.0 my phone no longer syncs with my Basis Watch. When will an upgrade be done to correct this problem? It has been months!

after that you will see the link for your phone's latest firmware.
it will be something like this:
http://csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=ABC123DEF456786765555555AVVXYZ/D85530d_00_0426.kdz
COPY THAT link & pastE to your browser's address bar. It should download automatically.
After download is complete, flash it to your phone using lg flash tool or LGUP. I still recommend LGUP as it is very easy to use.
YOU SHOULD NOW HAVE THE LATEST OFFICIAL FIRMWARE UNIQUE TO YOUR PHONE.

You ... moreThanks so much for posting how to upgrade from Lollipop AME to V30f-GLOBAL-COM. I was so tired of waiting for the official one and my battery life was getting so bad.
Now that the official AME Marshmallow version is available, have you been able to move to that version? If so could you tell me how?
The big problem with the global version is that the camera app constantly crashes unfortunately.

I have V21A-SEA-XX version..Today i got MM V30A update via Pc suite. It is showing 3 upgrades are available but when i tried to update V30A it is saying successfully upgraded but still i am having the same V21A-SEA-XX Lollipop version. iam not sure why it is not upgrading...
Please anyone face this problem? or please help me regarding this?

Anonymous, 13 Jun 2016For guys in Lebanon, Marshmallow update is available via LG PC SuiteIt didn't find any update for me nor did the LG Mobile support tool. I bought it factory unlocked from the US for the info. It's so frustrating to wait months more than others.

If ever there was grounds for a Class Action Lawsuit against Google, Cell Phone manufacturers & phone companies it is here w/ the Marshmallow software update. It has cost millions of customers hundreds of dollars each and there is no support whatsoever from any of the companies. Enough is enough!

I've got an LG G3 smartphone from AT&T that didn't take the marshmallow update at all the phone barely turned on and has all kinds of problems. Phone worked perfectly until AT&T's mandatory marshmallow 6.0.1 update on 05/03/2016. Any help would be greatly appreciated...as last resort is it worth sending it in to LG for $70 refurb?
