2. Download LG Flash Tools from : http://lgflashtool.com/
3. Make sure you have installed LG United Mobile Drivers (if not: http://lgflashtool.com/LGUnitedMobileDriver_Ver_3.11.3.exe)
4. Follow instruction on this page:
http://www.android.gs/manually-update-lg-g3-to-android-6-0-using-marshmallow-kdz-and-flash-tool/
Note: You should be connected to the Internet while installing the firmware until when you have selected your country and language. Once you have selected them disconnect from the Internet and click OK to start the process. It takes only 2 or 3 minutes.

Can't ... moreIf factory resetting doesn't help, I believe you battery might have given its last days of service, I had a similar issue with mine but haven't updated it yet,got a new battery from LG and all was back to normal,another symptom that might register is that it won't reboot when its plugged into the charger,but as soon as you unplug it,reboots start....eventually it'll just go dead

Got the 6.0 update and now my LG G3 keeps resetting whether on wifi or data or neither. Can't even open 1 app before it will re-boot. Phone normally has bad battery and is hot but now it is worse somehow. went from 60% to 28% after a couple re-boots. delting storage does not help and can't do much now....
Suggestions besides a factory reset? That is my last option....or first option if it persists
