What on earth is happening LG? When are we going to get our updates on MM? Crap man LG, how long we have to wait for OTA? No wonder it's not selling well in SEA. I tried to support this phone but seems even Sony is doing much better!

This so called update stole my ability to manage apps YOU GREEDY ×=;$@@=:*/%!:what a bunch of bull$#!+ now i cant put downloaded apps on my SDcard well i guess i won't be purchasing apps cause i have no room for anymore lol you dumaces lmao shoot yourselves in the foot did ya. When i upgrade phones LG wont get #1 spot now

im in the home of the free and proud usa. i have ls990 lg g3 and no update ota or by pc because my lame provider didnt push it.

I hope LG will update the PC suite Also >_< .... its not supporting any device that has Andorid 5.0 or More >_<

Hi,
When i connect my phone thru PC Suite..It is showing 2 updates are available but showing Latest version as V21A - L...I am on V21A-SEA-xx right now.
V21A should be 5.0. am not sure why it is showing V21A instead of latest MM (V30).
Any idea?

If you downloaded a .kdz file, you should use the LG flash tool (there are guides online)
and if you plugged your phone into PC Suite, it will ask for update, and if you accept, it will download and upgrade automatically.
The upgrade won't (shouldn't) erase any files, but you should do a factory reset anyways - so backup stuff, or use a microSD.
