the only way to know for sure is to visit your carrier directly.
I don't know which LTE bands are used here, but I can't imagine we're using something so unusual - it's probably just a matter of them setting it up.

AnonD-514603, 17 Apr 2016My LG G3 don't have just gave 2g and 3g. 4g no i search my phone all and no 4g. If you're asking about LTE in Serbia, you need to be a postpaid customer (with those plans that actually do offer 4G), and they must issue you a different SIM card - the ordinary ones don't work.
