Hope this will launch in the philippines, because we don't have enough choices for online streaming services and video on demand.

It is not true, Idea, Aircel and Vodafone also has started 4G Services in India. Reliance launched only for their office workers. Now some cities Vodafone 4G is available.

Netflix cant become a success unless there is high speed affordable true unlimited(without data caps) internet packages available.
There are barely any high speed true unlimited(without data caps) internet packages available in India.

Idea and Vodafone has 4G too. At least in South India. Vodafone's launched a bit over a week ago, and idea's launched a few days ago.

All such streaming services are bound to die until/unless Internet becomes cheaper in India. Currently, the pricings are just insane over here!

The I&B ministry just ordered a revamp of the censor board and its functioning.
Could turn out that it brings online streaming services under its ambit.
