apart from higher RAM, maybe better camera, global LTE (who cares), fingerprint sensor (seriously who cares? giving your prints to china too!) and slightly bigger battery, it is primed to be a disappointment. a downgrade in all other ways.

Well i guess its not a bad deal because it might survive an year, so, $180 for an year is not that bad. Next year, you'd be changing your phone for sure because you bought a Lenovo last year.
Now add $180 (cost of your Lenovo) too in your new purchase which would be around $500 (because you have learnt a lot from your mistake) and then it would come out as a total of $680 plus the tensions of the whole year last year and the frustration of switching data to your new phone this year. Now i would say, No, thank you Lenovo, I'd go for a Z5 for $680 this year and save myself the frustration to change the phone the very next year.

It's better if people stop complaining. if they don't like the Brand just take some other "costly" products available in market. Moreover which other company is giving VR, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers that too @ 1.5 watts per speaker. So please appreciate Lenovo's innovative ideas.
Lenovo has truly become a rockstar with this launch.

Lenovo has clearly mentioned it to be a strong multimedia device. I am impressed with their audio quality in A6000 plus. K4 note audio capabilities blows away every handset and tablet in market.

The camera in K3 Note is above average, I can call it good for a midrange phone which cost only 160 bucks. But this K4 Note is a big miss this time. I'll wait to see what phone Lenovo will make with the 8870 Exonys. Also for the record K3 Note probably will get Android 6.0/6.0.1 around April and not in September as many sites report.
