The photo shows the FCC approval on the back that means there is a public record of it, except there isn't.
Fake.
Also it might be in a fake case that doesn't look like the end product, car makers often disguise their bodywork.

Apple doesn't care about your 2 cents or comments, they just want your money, just like any other organization. Don't act like you love the company Apple or any other company because they don't love you back unless you give them hundreds of millions of dollars. Let's see, better but way better camera , u can't take a photos in the nigth ??? No, you can't!!! better but waaaaay better video camera , on mid of this years adobe promise full flash support for symbian 5 th , so... U never ever ever can't have a real navigation experience , a real multitasking , no the crap that they show in iPhone 4 os , the stylus is usefull for some stuff , like blackboard or paint, of course a lot of great games bassed on java , in Internet u an find tons of applications FREE or craked for this phone, you can put it on garmin gps and works like a charm , fring with videocall, and etc etc etc , use the flash like a flashligth , u can do that ? Nuuuuuuu you can't , you are tied to a full contract for ur cell ,mine is unlocked , so no jailbreak, no blackra1n, thetered or else, u have pandora? Good for you!!!, I have spotify, last.fm, nokia internet radio , and real real radio , wow now the iPhone have front camera and flash , multitasking ? That is a innovation ? Come on my 4 years old n95 have this stuff... Wake up people...

since then, competition learned

outmatching iphone4 even today,

XPERIA X10(considering the
future updated os)..and when it
arrives, it will offer nothing
"revolutionary"..instead it'll say hi
to stuff like HTC EVO 4G,
Samsung Galaxy S, and LG Apollo.
