When I see a Galaxy from the front alone, I couldn't say which model it is. They all look too similar, unfortunately Samsung is not alone with issue. I am using a SONY, I know what I am talking about. :)
The mobile design world is a bit boring at the moment. The S6 design was a nice idea though. I hope we will see more ideas like this year, and that not only from Samsung.

S4 onwards look the same. In fact look at Samsung's portfolio on GSM, it just shows endless thumbnails of the same - albeit - ever so slightly changed rectangular design....

That home button is awful. Like the S3. Camera position is a bit weird there almost on the side...
Design is very similar to the S6 and at this point I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing. I have the S6 and it's beautiful but I just hope that Samsung won't end up like HTC did with the M9.
If I buy one this year it would most probably be the edge variant

What do you want from a phone in terms of design ??, what can we expect ??. If the parameters are always the same, big screen with minimun bezel and as thin as posible, we can't expect miracles !!. Functionality should be always on top, and I expect that good plastic come back to flagship phones, this material is better in many ways than metal and glass, I want durable and high perfomance phones, and not shiny jewels for the bragging rights.

Anonymous, 05 Jan 2016Not gonna happen. It is CES week. There will be 3 times more news than usual. Prepare for it.Early news says that Samsung is concentrating on TVs and home appliances on CES so I doubt that there will be more news about the S7. Only the regular rumors and leaks as usual.

I think there will be two version. It will be the narrow button version and the big button version of S7. You all know Samsung, the more the merrier. Their motto need to change to, "We make more Galaxy than the galaxies".

I hope this is not the final design, looks too much like the S6 from what you can see on the pics except the home button. The S6 looks very nice but the same design another year is just boring and annoying ;)
