SmhBut $100 budget smartphones that are able to shoot 1080p do NOT have 20MP with a quality sensor and 8x optical zoom. NOT even $150 smartphones that are able to capture 1080p have 20MP with a quality sensor, an OIS, and 10x optical zoom. Any $200 (launch price) smartphone with Full HD recording capabilities I search up on the phone finder can only shoot 1080p at 30 frames per second max

try to record action video, like sport and you'll see the different between the two.
