Why you guys need lollipop and marshmallow on redmi 2 prime..?? Miui works like a charm on kit kat..it offers buttery smooth performance on this device. There's no lag during any application transition. What else you need on 7k device. Expectation is good but not not so high.

Xiaomi is the worst company that is not able to give and android i am still using 4.4.4 and other companies like lenovo a6000 get lollipop update and still redmi 2 not get that update very poor service

Install Mi PcSuite on your PC and connect your Mi4 , select the screencast option and there you can use your phone virtually !
initially after connecting phone through usb cable and before ready to open screencast option, power on your phone from standby. your ph display must be seen on PcSuite
there you can unlock the read mode option and power off and on your phone
screen appears again on your phone! :)
