Flashed it on my Note 3G and it's smooth as silk. I usually prefer the China developer roms but this stable global seems quite alright.
I'm pretty sure I'm going to try it on my Note 3 next week.

Please use word 'Stable version' when referring to MIUI 7.1 as its misleading who are in developer version.
Those who are in developer version, i wouldn't recommend this update for you.
