Maybe it's fan less, but I wonder how it's gonna handle the heat. Got surface pro 3, and I cannot imagine using any Windows 10 machine in tablet mode. It's still not polished yet. What I'm looking for is a dual boat tablet of Windows and Android

Still I don't find any real use of carrying something lighter than a laptop while I still have a smartphone in my pocket which is able to do almost everything one can do on a tablet.

Tablets are more of a show off thing these days. They should be obsolete very soon as they have been unable to find their real place between a phone and a laptop/desktop so far. Games are not everything. Moreover, this unnecessary electronics waste is a danger to the environment. The less the better.

And there is really no point to a tablet if you're still gonna need a hardware keyboard to get anywhere in making content with it. Plus this thing is too expensive. You could get a much more powerful laptop for the same price.

The functionality of smartphones have become more and more dependant of apps and online services, at the same time that they have become bigger, like tablets. So yeah, someone who has a tablet, and in the next year gets a smartphone, basically has two tablets, being the phone the handicapped one.

Personally I find all tablets redundant, since most of the time we use our smartphones to surf internet and all. Smartphones are very handy in every occasion.

Tablets I believe are only good for games. Not to mention they suffer from usability limitations. Laptops/desktops are the real content generators, unlike tablets which are mere content consumers. My surface rt & galaxy tab 10.1 is eating dust for the same reason as I don't find any real utility of it.

Edit: Of course, we can run proper windows in modern tablets, I still find laptops more practical and a way more cheaper option than tablets.
