          nooo, 09 Jan 2016ouch nooo.. now dont trust you anymore motorola. i already know what will happen to you after... moreSigh.. Again, some random guy who knows nothing about Lenovo. It is Motorola who's upgrading Lenovo. Motorola didn't became worse, neither Lenovo. Lenovo are getting advise from motorola, so they are getting better. And you obviously don't know Lenovo.

          Saying it stupid, must be because of their move and they're chinese. Yeah, you must be one of stupid Chinese haters. Like really? Lenovo is a good company, you just haven't tried. Just because it is Chinese doesn't mean it is bad, oh my god..

          So..

          1. Yes, there will be now that they got advises
          2. Yes, they're getting "stock-ier"
          3. Yes, they will keep selling low class phones

            actually I don't like the fact that lenovo owns Motorola. but I was still purchasing Motorola phone cause that brand has got some respect to it. And now what?...
            I am completely sure i will not gonna buy any Motorola phone if it will got a lenovo branding over it!!
            I think it will prove a huge hindrance to the company's growth.
            I am also not fan of the line "a lenovo company" written just beneath the Motorola logo, but I could still live in with that.
            But now it's irresistible!!

                  Lenovo did not buy IBM. Lenovo bought and keep the Thinkpad brand. The same here. They are keeping the Moto brand.

                    Sounds to me like a superficial change. If it was a company thing like when Microsoft phased out Nokia out of the Lumia brand, then I would understand this change, but it makes no sense to make such a big deal out of a minor brand change.

                          Sony Ericsson was a joint venture between two companies, they did not merge! And I think it was a good thing when Sony stopped collaborating with Ericsson, Android smartphones with Sony Ericsson branding were bad, very bad, bad display, bad battery, slow and ugly design (except for Xperia U, P & S and Xperia Arc S).

                                    'The Vibe brand will coexist alongside Moto'

                                    I am having a moment of cringing. Is my wait finally getting there? Or should it take the whole year of 2016 as another year for me to wait if Lenovo is ever going to market and sell Motorola/Moto products alongside their own Lenovo products inside their own Lenovo/Lenovo Mobile physical stores? And if it is so that they unsuspectingly will, will they ever authorize their own Lenovo service centers to double as a Motorola/Moto service center?

                                    'We'll need some figuring out to do on our end - does the Motorola Moto G (3rd gen) become simply Moto G (3rd gen)?'

                                    My guesses:
                                    Lenovo Moto G (4th gen) if either or both companies decide to continue Motorola's series;
                                    Lenovo Moto G (1st gen) if either or both companies realize they could go back to square one of generations since it would be marketed under Lenovo brand as opposed to Motorola brand with Motorola Moto G (nth gen);
                                    Or Lenovo Moto [Insert letter here (Insert generation/year here)] if either or both companies just decide that giving a new name is fun and say: 'Whatever! We could have fun giving a new name for a new series model or a new name for a series model that shares and hints design cues from older series model (like X or G)'
