xiaomi Redmi has touch the heart of peoples . It is good and best in mobile devieses then other costly one. The Great Red China know how to treat and gift the poverty one. In this regards i honestly prefer and advice them who want to buy budget devise then go it chinese made are away some i belive it.

This extension of redmi 2 (prime) is an improvement in metal body, camera resolution and thin power battery. Snapdragon 616 is also 64-bit capable only like 410 and a 1.5 ghz performance core little better than 1.2 of 410. Its 1080p capability is not used and redmi 3 is still 1280x720 for 5" i.e less ppi than redmi 2. The promo is silent on screen type and protection.. so likely that it has no IPS and no Gorilla. LTE speed is almost similar as also many other features. The redeeming aspects may be that this redmi 3 still has replaceable battery and at least a shared sd slot (128 gb is good) . The 100 yuan premium between this redmi 3 and redmi note 2 is much better value for money than the same 100 yuan premium between redmi2 and redmi 3. Redmi 3 is at best a cosmetic upgrade. All these phones will get marshmallow miui 7 soon anyway. So, would prefer redmi note 2 for 799 yuan than redmi 3 for 699 yuan; helio 10 is way beyond and smooth performance as i see for myself.

hybrid sim slot is very big drawback for this phone ...
xiaomi need to change the slots to two sim slots and seperate sd card slot like honor x5
