The ignorance camera marketers (not just cell phone OEMs) have created by over-emphasizing sensor resolution is extremely damaging to everyone - manufacturers and consumers.
This move to a 12MP sensor is actually fantastic news because it means that Samsung is prioritizing image quality over marketing. With their excellent record on Galaxy cameras in the past, I am extremely excited about this and it is the primary reason I will be looking to buy an S7.

Samsung whatz the way to fix the hairline scratches on the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge display. I am upset. I hate screengaurds. And if you put the S6 Edge in your empty pocket you would be gifted with hairline scratches on the display..

I wonder what market research says that lots of users want such a fast processor. Maybe gamers, but regular users like me do not need that much speed, especially if it means poorer battery life.

If they use SD820 for Asia it would be injustice and if they use Exynos8890 that is nicer. Also it would've been nicer if it banished microSD slot and 2550 mAh battery and microUSB* forever. *I like it to be a USB Type-C port.

Battery is about chemistry not about smartphone technologies. It's hard to improve the batteries because the battery technologies is not fast as smartphone technologies.
