The problem with Microsoft is that it has a very clumsy approach while providing hardware to their phones, particularly RAM. Agreed windows does not require such hardware but public perception is such that lower the hardware configuration they get wary of spending big money. Post Lumia 640,Microsoft should refrain from using less than 2gb ram and SD615 or Mediatek 6752.That is the minimum Chinese brands are giving to phones costing little more than half the cost of Lumia 640 XL. No justification will work with general public. This is to overcome paucity of apps in Windows platform. If Lumia phones blistering speed in use of apps like Apple iPhone, people may feel compensated when they buy a Windows phone.

I don't know why Microsoft removed capacitive navigation buttons from all of its lineup and physical camera shutter button from mid range and low end phones.
I expect those in any of the phone. This on screen navigation buttons are too irritating. Please bring it back

32 GB storage is a must have by windows system. Expandable SD - doesn't work by me on WP 8.1 (phone is set to store pictures and video to SD card, which doesn't happpen on my phone). Now i have 16GB and phone is always full, because system has some unknown files 3GB (clutter), which i can't delete (not on phone not via computer).
