Phones with Windows 10 mobile will get OS updates by Microsoft. Unlike Android, which the OEMs mess too much with the OS that they have to make their own buggy OS updates.

Clarification, 18 Jan 2016That is clearly a downgrade.Nokia Lumia 520 has 7.22Gb available. That isn't the 8Gb minimum. Be prepared to be disappointed.
