Battery life was horrible until lollipop. I have ownd every iPhone. 5s was my favorite but the batery life was horrible. It wouldn't last the whole 8 hours at work inside the labs. The 6 survived the whole day. I get two days on the 6s and that is using it all the time and with the horrble service at work.
AnonD-442781, 21 Jan 2016iPhones are known to have an advantage when it comes to standby compared to android. Gsmarena ... moreI in no way mentioned it was "better" in terms of batt life... now did I?

Gsmarena has a battery rating with 21 hours of standby. IPhones have smaller screens and lower resolutions. But even still the battery rating of the iPhone is abysmal and the plus is only good because of what I said above, by no means is it better than the competition however.
I still love apple even though it's expensive and not working properly..
This is why iOS needs more frequent updates than Android to fix all the silly bugs.

Lmao dense people with their lame ass comments welcome back bro happy new year ;)
It's a shame Apple's grand plan for increasing battery life didn't work out. It turns out just making the number higher doesn't actually increase the battery :O

I am someone that... moreOk, so ignoring your first two sentences because there's not really much there worth bothering with. What you are essentially doing is agreeing with the point I made, bugs exist.
So your comment about "Having bugs in an OS suddenly became normal for some strange reason." is starting to look a bit strange?
Anonymous, 18 Jan 2016also the point is that sheep bash droids for having small bugs that slightly affect the usage ... moreIt has an effect actually, imagine looking at the battery indicator and decided not to charge since it still has enough juice. You left the house and then an urgent thing happened and found your phone turned off. Shocker. This is the reason why people are labeled as fanboys. "No this is just minor. Its not going to affect anyone. Bleh bleh bleh!"
A better response is to say that "Apple is probably is preparing a fix.", "Apple should fix this soon.", etc. And not "Ooh Android fanboys will go crazy over this bug."

I am someone that people like you will dedicate your precious time to reply to my comments. Secondly, my chosen has bugs. And finally, I ain't covering up for them, I ain't gonna sugarcoat it because I'm not a fanboy. A bug is a bug.
Anonymous, 18 Jan 2016also the point is that sheep bash droids for having small bugs that slightly affect the usage ... moreI fully agree, but its the constant bashing and name calling that I'm trying to draw attention to (i.e. Sheep, Droids etc.).
Like I said, neither is perfect, and there will always be bugs. The one this article relates to is minor is the overall scheme of things. Now Apple should hang their heads in shame, take a deep breath, and fix it (which I guess is what will happen).

AnonD-362866, 18 Jan 2016Right... I find it hard to keep up with the minuscule intellects of the droid army. My bad.Hey that's how i felt with those fruitcakes when i try to move out of Nokia too! Kept trying to sell me stuff i didn't need and ignored things that i asked for. All i wanted was a smartphone and they couldn't provide me with more than 1 good reason to buy an iPhone and they think the world is as dumb as them.

Maybe they should increase the price, then maybe they could use some of that extra revenue to put towards bug fixing and testing before they release to the the general public.
I thought public beta testing of paid premium products was only the realm of Microsoft. Seems like we have a new candidate for the crown.
Apple have only themselves to blame for any stick they receive for their product or services, especially when such a high price is commanded for such devices or services.
You pay more, you expect better, though that isn't necessarily always the case.
Im not an iphone or android fanboy, but nothings perfect in this world.. Because it made by humans..
How hard is it to make a percentage indicator work properly? And from a company that charges an inordinate amount of money for their products.
