when i tried to update my phone software it tels me "its available in home network only" can anyone pls help me how to upgrade my phone without tat home network

I'm using moto g turbo, updated to 6.0.1 no issues till now. When I was on 6.0 some issues were there, like lag, battery issue.. Now it's all solved, and the OS is now butter smooth. Battery lasts long, now I'm getting more than 10 hours with moderate use.

Guys, I am undecided between Moto G Turbo & Oneplus X.
Can somebody help me make a choice.
OPX:
1. How good is the Oxygen OS development community
2. How fast are they resolving user issues.
3. How good is the battery backup.
4. Have been reading lot of negative comments on camera perf
Moto G T:
1. How good is the battery backup
2. Is the camera performance average?
Considering stability of OS and with Moto GT already having got Marshmallow update, i am kind of inclined to Moto GT. But still undecided.
My primary usages would only for social networking, lot of video playback.
Appreciate responses.
