Anonymous, 20 Jan 2016Runs nicely on my Nexus 5.You have iOS running on your Nexus 5?
garghas, 20 Jan 2016Right. Much better to be stuck on old OS versions... congrats on your 2015 device with 2013 OSSorry if the three lines were too complex., let me try three additional ones...
There is nothing wrong in offering people a choice of a newer version of an OS if and ONLY if, you get the option to downgrade to an older version, if the new version works worse on the device.
Without the downgrade option, it is a question of tricking people....
people with older apple devices donot update its the biggest scam apple is doing nowadays , i used to love my ipad 3 till ios8 after updating to ios 9 and further the bugs keep on increasing from lag in videoplayback in gallery to frequent freezing and restarting i mean seriously a 60$ chinesse tablet runs smoonthly as compared to my ipad . Apple thinks that they can force their users to upgrade to newer apple devices by doing so but actually they are ruining their reputation !
Anonymous, 20 Jan 2016Runs nicely on my Nexus 5.iOS 9.2.1 on Nexus 5? Are you sure about that?
Apple does multiple OS updates within a month and there's still bugs .They should have 800 people working on their mobile os instead of their camera

Android Hero, 19 Jan 2016Another force update... Would have thrown away this phone already if they forced me to update...If notification does not bother you. don't update.
Then don't by a smartphone, Android forces daily updates. If you really wanna talk about annoying...
Android Hero, 19 Jan 2016Another force update... Would have thrown away this phone already if they forced me to update...Says the android user that waits 6-12 months to get the update...while watching online that a newer version is available.
Android Hero, 20 Jan 2016lol older iphones will lag like shit. Even if I don't like iPhone. But apple customers are in ... moreLol Android users hardly ever get updates, so they think it must mean bad news lmao
Anonymous, 20 Jan 2016What's broken this time?lol older iphones will lag like shit. Even if I don't like iPhone. But apple customers are in trouble.
How to get software updates:
iOS: Settings -> General -> Software Update
Android: Buy a new phone.
Android Hero, 19 Jan 2016Another force update... Would have thrown away this phone already if they forced me to update...Cause android updates are ALWAYS in LIMBO. if ever you do get an upgrade, may only once in the lifespan of the phone
Rizwan.Qamar, 20 Jan 2016what is so wrong about forced updates? Just wondering!!Nothing's wrong. Jus bcoz some lame a**hole mentioned it, you shouldn't stress yourself.
Unlike Android, Apple updates are universal. Just look at that pathetic android, some are on Marshmallow and some still on Jelly Bean.
I feel sad for the users who pay their hard earned money to android to get intermittent OS updates. Google should look into this and atleast make all the compatible android phones on the same latest OS version. When that happens, Apple is sure to take a big hit (below the belt).
