Why wasn't 6.0 on the phone to begin with? Microsoft PC partner can release Windows PC on the same time new Windows is out but Android have to wait months and even new phones come with old Android.

This gets me mad. Why aren't these phones coming to the UK? This, the Note 5. Why are they losing sales intentionally?
