Mi3 and Mi4 will jump from Kitkat to Marshmellow. You won't notice many changes because most important features of Marshmellow are allready available in MIUI.
Be calm, many bugs and battery drain yet, update will be available when fixed and stable, you want better and not worse, right?

It's official but still in kind of beta test and only users chosen by the blog developers are using it. It isn't available yet for all China and Global users, either developer or stable versions, gotta wait some more time.

Bailey, 24 Jan 2016Hate to say this but the first mi pad is old is been out for nearly 2 years I am sure that you don't own mi pad (1st gen) otherwise you must agreed that how much its owners unsatisfied (strip down MIUI version, heatup & battery issues, kitkat, no kernel source, 2 years old but it was their flagship pad and they are still selling it......long list) with Xiaomi.

AnonD-138972, 22 Jan 2016i think for mi4i the miui 7 is based on lolipop. but for mi4 it is based on kitkat 4.4.4yes indeed, the Mi 4w is still running on Android 4.4.4 kitkat, even if its updated to MIUI 7.1.
I think the Mi 4LTE might be running on Lollipop.

Could someone tell will the update come for Developer rom or Stable Rom? In India I'm not getting this update. Possible it's gonna release a bit while letter for public as Stable.
