The future IS going this way, whether you like it or not, so get used to it. At the end of the day, with regards to the security issue, would you rather have Apple in charge of your security? Or Google? lmao the answer is pretty simple.

With time to come I'm sure we will have more in terms of their plans to go on.

If Apple really want to go in own car business(but they don't, for sure), I wonder how could compete with Samsung then.
When Samsung is light years in front in the car industry, and even now make superb military vehicles.
Not to mention the real car companies that have already better self driven cars than Tesla.
Well,- Apple could offer some car company software, and the Apple name and WallStreet propaganda, though.

Apple is NOT making own self driving car. So just shut up.
If there is really something , it's nothing more than software R&D .
And this guy was long time iPod and iPhone engineer. Yes before that was working in Ford , but in electronics.
This 'Apple car' buzz and BS rumors are made by WSJ only because of the APPL stock troubles to pump up the ibulls .

They do not know what the hell they are doing. nothing seems to be working right. There sensors are so whacked they have to buy outside sensors. Not to mention their cameras on those cars are not very good just like their cameras on their phones. It seems that Google will have a self driving car 10 years before Apple.
