A material design and access to full info about songs and albums (compositors, musicians, years, studio, etc. all that things a traditional jacket CD provide for years) would be greater that videos on a mobile device…

These video streaming services are shit. When I hear about video streaming service you pay for I expect all the movies available old and new launched this year and like millions of movies and tv shows but what you get? You get some stupid videos or movies old 4 to 5 years and selected for u. It's not like music streaming service where u have millions of songs. So when you launch service that is truly video streaming service then u have something but these currently are shitty. I had biggest disappoint in netflix service.

KitKat commands a large enough market share to make supporting it a must. ICS has a smaller share, but since it's not that different (API-wise) from KitKat, it will probably be supported as well. Whether a device stuck with ICS has enough power for video decoding (I'm thinking it may be H265), remains to be seen.
