that's what mi 5 is rumored to be packed with.

X3, 27 Jan 2016There's nothing mentioned on amazon about x3.As a matterr of fact Amazon represntative have no clue if the sale would happen..i spoke to
2 agents and both gave the same scripted answers......I informed that it would be on sale on 28/01/2016
....still they were cluesless.....i trusted GSMArena and BOOOOOMMM....it was there for sale today.....just ordered it

Vibe UI is a very very bad UI belive me. My Lenovo with Vibe UI is having a lot of problems. I had an other Lenovo Phone that after 6 months suddently microphone has stop functioning. My current lenovo has a lot of problems. I will NEVER EVER buy a Lenovo phone again.

This device made me remember the days when a similar specked device was about to launch some months back and the organisation behind it was making a lot of buzz on social media about it and we were expecting it to be launched at 25K but in the end when it was invailed it was priced at 30K and all of were disappointed as the price of that device in USA was actually 25K.
But here in contrast of the above situation today when all of us were expecting that vibe x3 will be launched at 25K Lenovo went ahead and launched it in a lesser amount i.e. 20K where as its price in China is 26K, which is a one of kind move, correct me if I am wrong that this is the first time that a device has been launched by a company in India whose price is at least 100 USD less then the launch price in its home country.
So I can only say that Vibe X3 is the actual Moto X Style we were wating for (minus QHD display for good specially for battery life) plus so many upperhands.

But for most of the users, that won't be a problem since, in everyday usage, the A57 cores would rarely be under load for prolonged duration of time.
So in summary, it would be 20-30% fast in CPU/GPU tasks most of the time.

Heating issues in SD 808 - No. Throttling issues - Yes, it does throttle after few minutes, please check Anandtech review of Nexus 5x. Given the timeframe of launch, SD 808 was the best available choice anyway.

Sure, if it were launched a few months later, SD652 would have been a better choice (although the difference wouldn't have been anything huge).
BTW The latest phones based on SD808 don't have significant heating/throttling issues so the problem seems to have been solved to a large extent in the latest revision.
