I was just explaining why high end phones ditch SD cards. Specially why iPhones don't have SD card slots.
Guess you're not much of a techie.
Please people stop buying this trash, so that someone can actually make a real new phone...
dexterouz, 27 Jan 2016WOW! it fell short of the $76.67 projected revenue figure. Just $76.67 :PLol well spotted!

[deleted post]Oh my goodness, what a disaster!! Thanks very much for the clarification. I was about to jump out of the window because it totally confused me.
P.S. if you noticed any mistakes in my comment, I don't want to it. Thanks.

Only few sammy boys care about specs, 99% of users buy overall product and user experience not specs. i bough specs in 90's when i thought bigger numbers on paper means better device.

Even on Android or Windows phones the phone will perform poorly and sometimes give errors because of bad SD cards.
Some people go for cheap low quality SD cards and if it affects the phone's performance, it will be the phone and the brand that get the blame.
This is the reason why most high end phones don't have SD support.
And it is more secure than having an SD card too. It is a method Apple use to keep it's products safe and secure. That's why there are so many restrictions in Apple devices. They try to isolate the product from external devices and apps as possible. But unfortunately iOS is the easiest to hack.
And how much of that went to taxes? Google looks like a better company every day paying their taxes paying their dues and making sure their employees are paid well.

It's the performance and feel what matters.

Especially after several industry analysts predicted otherwise. As much as 'record breaking' year-on-year growth is a real thing, I somehow doubt thats the case with Apple.

They just cut the crap that's adding extra cost and mainly attracts power users. If you compare the specs of an iPhone 6 and Galaxy S6, the iPhone gets demolished. Does it matter for the average user? Nope.
Look at Beats headphones doing the same exact thing. Spend money on branding and image and use poor hardware to keep cost per unit down. Shockingly Apple also owns Beats and the removal of the classic audio jack is probably going to push Beats sales through the roof because of first party lightning port support.
Optimist Prime, 27 Jan 2016Where the hell are you buying your cars??? A used car here wouldn't go for under €1k...In Pakistan and India you can buy a used 800cc car and an S3 and dozens of liters of fuel in the price of a new iPhone. Its really true.
nickname, 27 Jan 2016i only wish they had external microsd support.. the 64gb iphones are really expensive..It's a marketing strategy actually. They knew people wouldn't buy the 16gb version. The big upgrade from 16gb to 64gb allows them to increase the price drastically. And people have no choice but to buy the 64gb version despite the price bcs 16gb is just too small. That's also a reason there's no 32gb version.
Myself don't believe anything this company says. Even if there are profits, most probably by doing some kind of illegal stuff or manipulation to keep stock prices up and people engaged into their products. I really think that people are releasing that Money Corporation is all about money and that is why they are losing profits and their products are selling less and less.
Ah, was wondering what was taking the haters so long to notice lol I see that they have arrived :) Hi haters
AnonD-491243, 27 Jan 2016Interesting that you post a piece about record profits for Apple, yet you fail to mention that... moreThat deserves it's own article. Tim Cook HIMSELF has said that we should expect history to be made when q2 is the first YoY decline in 13 years, he goes on to state the economic reasons in china etc etc, and also the the iPhone 7 will make up for Q2.
