That is why running casual games don't tend to heat up phones, as the gpu does not have to work as hard to hit that frame cap. Similiarly I think running a 1080p screen will be easier and hence the gain in battery life.

Just too many p... moreWhat nonsense.....the lower screen resolution is what makes it run so fast you don't need as strong a gpu with a lower resolution(Anyone who has ever played a pc game will understand this. ). Just read all the reviews, every review seems to agree it performs great. It's the camera where they messed up.

Just too many points against the phone. The CPU is quite good but if the memory is not fast enough to make use of it, it won't be faster than a lot of sd810 devices with interior CPU power. A phone is not as good as its strongest component but as its weakest. So I cannot be happy about the great battery if camera takes bad pictures... I mean j can take a lot of bad pictures because it lasts so long but they are still bad ;)

i hate to say this but, these days, all BIG manufacture giving misleading answer/result by simply base on *able to*
lets give some example,
"it say u able to use browser up to 16Hours..."
well if i explain this way, most phone can go through very high result too
1st, by using wifi only, disable 3G/4G, 2nd set your brightness to minimum, 3rd, make your screen stay without auto turn off, 4th, open google.com and leave it there, thn u will find that ur cpu/gpu all isnt running with minimum brightness, im sure my S6 can eventually survive more thn 10H too, with just 2600 battery. or i try more black background site with no ads there and leave it, i think should be last longer...
example 2:
comparing battery life should base on video playback, S6 able to hit 12H with just 2600 battery, N5 can go even further to 14H(3000mah battery), why cant u hit over 18H on video play back even ur screen just 1080p? which obviosly it just giving false idea to people...

Jeez - look at the size of that beautiful 6" screen!
I completely understand the scale of this device would be impractical for some - but I'm 6'5 with big hands. I'm doing more with my phone all the time whilst my eyesight is slowly deteriorating with age. This screen to body rato would be ideal. Definitely on my next phone contender list!
My only concern is with the camera. Reviews in comparison tests have not been very impressive :S
Hopefully they get this sorted soon.
