Stop ge... moreWell clearly I didn't claim that the whole world to say Lenovo is a bad smartphone maker. I clearly said 'at my place' so no need for you to be butthurt because of my opinion on Lenovo.

Now second, at my place(again I said it so you wouldn't misunderstood) Lenovo smartphone was a popular brand, once. But ever since customer bought one Lenovo their replacement would not be the same brand. So user experience is not that good. But when it comes to Desktop, Lenovo is currently one of the leading brands for computing devision.

Third, so you're saying I'm looking down on people who have positive experience with Lenovo? Did you ever thought about people who have bad experience? People who have problems with their phones? People who didn't get any good service from the customer care? Can you please read thoroughly and don't bash others before you understand it? And please make a gsma account. They have different different preferences. Stop generalizing and claiming the world sees phones the same way as your locality. Just because a brand is unpopular in your place doesn't mean it's not popular elsewhere.

Oh, and you have no moral license to look down on people who have positive experiences of this particular brand.

Lenovo is only good at Laptop and Desktop division. People at my place doesn't even care about the Vibes series. Lenovo made a crappy phones with low quality camera. Not to mention the battery problem on some Vibes and even the Lenovo customer care is useless. If people want to spend less they opt for Xiaomi, Vivo or Oppo. They even rather buy Blackview or any other brandless mobile because it is better equipped than Lenovo. Then when people want to spend more there's Samsung, Lg, Motorola and even Asus. Lenovo knows they can't and would never go any higher than their current stage. That is why they use Moto's name to get popularity. I guess it could work but hell yeah when people see Lenovo branding they would think twice to ever to buy it.

              I just want a motorola x force 2 with:
              + a snapdragon 820,
+ an unlocked bootloader to update the software to cyanogen and
              + a user-removable battery.

Especially the latter, as this is becoming almost impossible to find a new smartphone with a user-removable battery to extend the life of the phone beyond 2 years and a half when the battery cells slowly die and the battery offer a seriously diminished capacity. By definition, a built-in battery is programmed obsolescence. There might be the samsung j7, the excellent old note 4 and the lg g4, beyond that...

Maybe the Motorola division are thinking of releasing a nice mid range spec'd phone with a hardware QWERTY keyboard ?. Now that would be a nice surprise, given that Lenovo have been in the PC/Laptop business for years. I can dream, I guess.

                                    "attractive" meaning what?

Alot of people are tired of that word but OEMs present a mediocre device with mediocre specs for a high-end price.
                                    Hope they change that.
