Doesn't anyone find it just a bit strange that a phone (the iPhone 6s Plus) that has sold in the 10's of millions just lost a popularity contest to a phone that's (likely) sold less than a million units?
Something tells me that GSM Arena might not be the most popular hangout for iPhone enthusiasts (go figure).
I don't like the iPhone myself, but please don't insult my intelligence by telling me that the ANY phone running the absurdity that is Windows 10 Mobile is more popular than any newer model iPhone.
In fact, I'll bet good money that Apple has sold more iPhone 5s units than Microsoft has Lumia 950XL's since the 950XL launched.

A Note 3 user previously , I was just gifted an iPhone 6S Plus over new year . Note 5 is great, but man iOS on 6S Plus is blazing fast. If you want good ( but obviously not the best of everything else such as camera , battery life ,display) and mind-bloooowwwiing real life performance , 6S Plus is the way to go.
On the other hand , media consumption enthusiasts and productivity nuts ( no offense :P) will appreciate Note 5.
Camera enthusiasts will lean towards V10.
Those who want to experience the cleanest android ( iOS Jumpers) would want to stick to Nexus 6P .
Leave Nexus 5X alone. Nexus 5 was a much better smartphone for its time.

Expectedly the note 5 wins, but remarkebly enough the iphone didn't beat the 950XL. Also the 950XL seems to sell better than the 950 and therefore being more popular, that is by far not the case with the iphone 6s and the 6s Plus.

They've gone a long way since the L1520, Note 3 and 5s. And the new phones have long surpassed the old-timers.
Comes to show you that little changes along the way add up. Only after two years do we really see how far we've come. This is development at work.

Choice of platform depends on a user that what he or she want. I am using Note 5. For me its working great. Everything is good except for the average battery life.
