Maybe Apple is refusing to pay Nokia for stealing Nokia's iphone and ipad because they've already spent all their money paying for those people lining up outside the Apple Store. I don't understand why this would even have to go to court. Like you said, Nokia has all the evidences needed to back their claim. Why should the court even listen to Apple? Apple has no right to defend themselves. They are communists, remember?! :)

So Apple is guilty because they are new in the mobile phone industry while Nokia has been around for decades. I'm impressed with your findings. You should be a judge :)
So you think that Apple can afford to pay people to stand in line to buy their own products, but they cannot afford to invest on their own technology? You're really a smart person. I wonder why the court didn't think of that right away. So when will Apple close since you said they are guilty?

Lets stick to the issue of Apple is refusing to pay Nokia for the patented technologies they used in Iphone and Ipad..
Other cellfone companies had entered into an angreement to pay Nokia for using their technologies and Apple didnt do that.
Nokia people r not dumb to Sue Apple just for the heck of suing Them.they r well equiped with evidences to back up what they claimed what Apple did to them..

It makes sense coz Apple started making Mobile phone few years back..while Nokia few Decades ago.
They invested billions of dollars just to make phones that we enjoyed today,the technologies that mobile phones are using..
In refusing to pay royalty fees is also stealing..

You shouldn't envy our iphone. You should just be happy with whatever your phone is. You said your favored phones are selling 50 times more than the iphone, so really, there's no need for you to be so concerned with Apple's aggressive marketing :) I'm sure Apple has lost so much money already. Think about it. If Apple sells the iphone 5x more than its price, the more reason why people wouldn't buy it right? So why should that be your problem or concern? :)

as for me, i'll just keep on be envious at your simple experience with iphone because it's more expensive than for example my friend's HD2 (before satio i had many sony ericssons, samsung f700 and one cheap nokia) and sells 50 times more. i will keep up with my meaningless and weird appreciation for a spectacular screen, great build quality, good camera and flash, removable battery, card slot, bluetooth and more ridiculous usage of it.(i love my satio but i speak mostly about hd2 here; it really blew me away after comparing it with iphone)
and i'll for some reason continue with hating every aggressive marketing that screams into my face for selling products priced 5 times more than their production cost.

It was just that one time. Oh ok. So it's all about marketing now. Why? What's so special about the ipad's marketing? I honestly don't see any marketing strategies that Apple is doing that others haven't done. So please enlight us. How did the iphone become a trend? I thought there were already tons of touchscreen smartphones before the iphone. You said most of us haven't owned a good smartphone? Do you know all of us? Wow. What makes you think that? Let me guess. You have a couple of friends right? And their first phone is the iphone?
Before the iphone I had two N95's (the purple one & then the black one). I also had the viewty, htc diamond and treo 650. You've heard of those? I also had a couple of motorolas.
Manipulative nature of people? Huh? Who manipulated you to read this article? Lol.

They aren't paying people any more to stand in lines but there are other awfull and horrible schemes that i mentioned. Without marketing no person here would give a s*** about ipad. And yes, greatest percentage of iphone owners are ignorant snobs simply eager to be in trend. And I'm not talking bull but just what i have observed here. Most of them never owned a good smartphone before iphone, nor knew how to use advanced functions. Or needed to. After they buy it they got caught up by it's UI because it's catchy and simple enough for them.
Tell me, what phones you had by now?
And i'm wasting my time here because the way apple is gaining discustin profits really gets me. Aswell as the manipulative nature of people.

I'm a silly iphone user, remember :) Those better products are too high tech for us so we settled for the simpler iphone :) Well if everything that you said is the truth, people will catch on to it right? So why waste your precious time in here?
But you said that the ipad is selling because Apple is paying people to fall in line right? So Apple is selling it to themselves pretty much right? And since you are so smart, you will not fall into Apple's marketing scheme right? As you've said, it's all marketing and hype and no one really wants Apple products :) So why even bother with this article? W/ all those complaints that you've enumerated about the ipad, only silly people like me would buy it :) So I am not correcting you at all. I'm actually trying to make you feel better by reaffirming your claims :)
Look, Apple products are no good. Only silly people like me would buy it and those who were paid by Apple. You should just be thankful that you are such a smart person and move on somewhere else with other smart people :)
