No matter. They may have gotten off on the wrong foot here. Jolla should have promoted Sailfish OS as a software venture, as an alternative custom ROM to be installed on phones & tablets that started life running Android, then moved up from there.

          This jolla os for me really cool and easy to use friendly user all do there's little bug all software start with that. this selfie os was unique and it's really cool hope this os will not dead willl make way to new version lot of smartphone will use.. i do love this than android

              Anonymous, 01 Feb 2016RIP Jolla, you were a great company. If only Sailfish UI came to Android OS. Angry Birds Stella Launcher on Play Store but I don't know how customizable it is, you can also go and try Sailfish OS port if you have a supported Android device.

                        These crowdfunding programs are really just a scam. They just obtain backers in order to pretend to start something but then sell it later on to a huge company for massive profit. Backers end up being scammed.

                            lol, 01 Feb 2016540 tablets made, each one has a unique OS, just think about that.So what? No one cares about a brand no one heard of. Especially when the os sucks so hard. It'll just be another forgotten os and company that is part of a cycle of failure that small companies with ambitions too big for their own good.

                              what a great bulls****! they try to make the "executive " of this jolla crap looks like hero! what da f@@@ they just stolen 2.5 millions of dollars from normal people for almost 2 years ago! ...btw do you know how much interest come if you just lay in a bank 2.5 millions per year?!?!?!?! is like 100.000$ A MONTH!!!! so this so called "executive " of jolla should give back the money PLUS the interest to the poor people!!!!!! these are finnish thieves!!!!! no heroes!! theese are scum from the nokia! what a shame!
