i am definitely buying this kind of phone! i have read it's specs and features.. all are good.. i even compared Aino to other sony ericsson model(s).. still i got hooked to AINO!!! cant wait till it's on my hands.. semi touch is good cuz if y'all get tired of texting or doing whatever and looks fer a keyboard.. fer sure y'all gonna make negative thoughts... again?? am i right? or am i right.. LOLs.. just handle with care in every phone u get though.. dont take ur stuffs fer granted. u worked fer your money and u get tired of getting it.. and just bought a phone and break it?? come on u guys.. :D

i just applied the latest update to my sony ericsson aino. after the update my phone will flash the sony ericsson sign as if it is starting up but then goes black. after a while the screen keeps flashing. does anybody know what i have to do in order for it to work?

hi guys. i just bought my AINO a day ago. at first i connected to the net with out any prob.. but after i log out i tried again an hour ago.. it always says connection error. i tried to restart the fone and disconnect to the wifi but still the same.. can anyone help me guys??? thanks in advance

Upgraded my Aino from R1BA049 to R7BA084 (the update mentioned here) and here's what I have to say.
Stability is much improved. No more crashing out of the camera or image viewer anymore =)
Sound quality is IMHO much much better.
Battery life, yes it is better. Went surfing the net via 3G for 2 hours, played some songs, went surfing the net again via wifi for an hour, and it still is above 50% battery =D
Overall its a much needed update. But...
Why is the music player shortcuts from the standby screen gone? Its been missing since R7AA071 and its still not here. It was there in the 1st firmware..

i updated my Aino the best update was turning the speaker on and off with one click but after one day it gwent back to (sound turn on speaker ....) what is happening ?

Hi,
does anyone else have this problem?? I notice that on sms the vibrate just vibrates for about 3 seconds then plays the ringtone only... is there anyway to make it vibrate all the time until you open the message? Anyone else have this issues? Calling works fine it vibrates the whole way through.

This is what you haters cannot comprehend:
Some people still prefer using this sort of physical keyboard to message and text.
If you are one of those people, this phone is win all the way.
I read many reviews of this phone and noticed that they were all positive so I got one for my gf because she doesn't like messaging on touch screens.
Obviously there will be people who prefer full touch capabilities if you are one of those people just don't buy it but don't hate the phone because it's not aimed you!
What phone in this price range has an 8mpx camera, 3inch capasitive screen, blue tooth headset with 3.5ml jack, dock for the phone and jack, wifi, gps, awesome loud speaker. . the list goes on.
In the end this is a great package and definitely worth the money if you are one of those people who prefer this type of physical keyboard and a great screen to view pictures and videos.

will SE introduce full touch capability to the aino?? then i would buy it without a doubt!! this key feature will influence many buyers sony, tink about it..give us that firmware upgrade
