Anonymous, 07 Feb 2016How can you accept something that doesn't exist? Hahaha considering that apple sold 232millions smartphones in 2015, you're telling me that of the 325 millions smartphones sold by samsung in 2015, over 232 millions are of the galaxy note and s series? Hahahaha samsung fanboys are absolutely hilarious. Stop being delusional, and face the facts. Actually, maybe you live in a country where samsung e, j and a series are so expensive for your wage that they are considered premium devices, in that case, your situation is very understandable.
Mkdc, 05 Feb 2016I definitely can accept apple's huge lead in the premium segment. How can you accept something that doesn't exist?
Anonymous, 04 Feb 2016Why are you so hurt by then that you can't accept objectively they are in the lead? I definitely can accept apple's huge lead in the premium segment.
Oh who cares. Give it a tiny but more bump and make something like a 2/3 inch sensor that's 16 or 20mp. Then it has the same larger pixels in a larger sensor while retaining or increasing resolution. That way we keep the detail or don't have to worry about lots of sharpening to compensate

Linas, 03 Feb 2016It was never even it top 10 of best cameras, by still image and not even it top 100 for video.... moreWhy do you love samsung so much that you have to go around reading every negative samsung posts and defend them? So many better android oem for you to love (lg and sony) or the best androids out there through nexus lineup, but no, you have to love the one oem that tries to copy everything about the company you hate the most (apple)
Make a version with a removable battery and a micro SD port and I will buy it.
Why removable batteries ? Because when you wwork seriously and or travel seriously removable batteries are a lot more convenient than big heavy and slow battery packs.
Anonymous, 03 Feb 2016Of course, if you see Samsung's Amoled screen, then you may see the difference. Because Samsun... moreDon't blame technology for my good eyes. I can tell 720 from 1080 on ANY type of screen around 5 inch mark.
l suggested to samsung company your products design is similar, you changes new model.
Eske Rahn, 02 Feb 2016So silly! Make the device flat, and use the extra space for e.g. a larger battery. OR even be... moreWhat is good about user replaceable battery? The phone thicker and flimsier.. and in the end 99% will never replace the battery.. .For me it is much more important for phone to be more solid and slimmer.
Lord Bayron, 02 Feb 2016I agree with you...saw the s6 edge one day. its owner has it for 6/7 month, allready showing a... moreCompletely dependent on the owner, nothing to do with the phone.
1. Had SGS3 fro 1,5 years - no lag.
2. Gave it to my mother - impossible to use after 4 months.
3. My fried had iPhone 4s - impossible to use after 2 years. Makes call by itself, battery barely gets over 4h.
4. Upgraded to iPhone 6, (bend it after 2 weeks in pocket - not joke #bendgate) and after 6 month phone is unusable, crashes, lags etc.
5. Before selling on ebay asked me to fix both - 15 minutes reset and phones are like new (expect iSh** 6 is bent).
6. My gf has SGS Note 3 for 2,5h years - no lag what so ever. Have backed-up and re-seted it once.
Conclusion - there are no bad phones, just people who don't know how to use them.
So curve on all edges, 12 MP camera and lens that only protrude 0.8mm. Might as well get an iPhone then.
Mkdc, 03 Feb 2016Just like apple's 8 megapixel cameras were considered a downgrade against other flagships' 12 ... moreIt was never even it top 10 of best cameras, by still image and not even it top 100 for video.
True - they have great quality when comparing 8MP sensors, but nowhere near 12, 13, 16, 21 or 41MP cameras.
Important point, majority of the camera sensors were made by Sony, except 41MP Nokia and 16MP Samsung's ISOCELL on S5. So basically the fact is that all other camera sensors were made by Sony with same specifications - the only difference being MP count.
What that means? The discussion of crapple camera being comparable is pointless. They always had the same "quality camera", but with less MP.. Why? Because is much cheaper to make 8MP camera than 16 or 21MP.. and apple is more desperate for profit than anyone else hence they saved few $ there.
At the same time Samsung's ISOCELL 16MP was by far superior to Sony 16MP IPX20xx, however much more expensive, therefore Samsung switched back to Sony sensor in S6.

Samsung AMOLED used "diamond" matrix which blends the lines and sub-pixels are not as visible as LCD screens with standard Pentile Matrix. Go hate somewhere else.
