Liquid lens is a technology to aid focussing. A small electric current is run through the liquid lens which causes it to contort and changes the shape of the lens. It requires little power, and it allows, essentially, for a limitless amount of lens shapes.

I am glad that more and more manufacturers are adopting this very usefull form factor. Thickness of the device might be an issue though.

This slider thing is useless. Just keep the blackberry's form as its basic form, and add some more functional features such as DUAL SIM (i hate to carry my two mobiles, one for private and one for business), secondary camera for video call, free-of-charge video streaming data package, divx/xvid support
