no innovation this year LG? bring something new like knock on to unlock, back cover button. ensure no boot loop and over heat
Abhishek0708, 10 Feb 2016It's like lg is going head to head with Samsung galaxy s7 Yesterday a feature leak of samsung... moreactually G5 already gave a hint months ago that they will have ALWAYS ON DISPLAY, way before Samsung did, however, Nokia still did this before all of 'em xD SYMBIAN B****
LG really going all out to fight Samsung. Same launching date on 21st Feb and now same always on display. Okay. We'll see what happened. So, reporters. Which event would you attend? LG or Samsung?
Maybe it's their see-through screen as main display and have a smaller always-on-screen behind it!
Wouldn't it be funny if LG and Samsung both launch with battery-sucking always-on displays, but LG launches the G5 with a modular, hot-swappable battery?
That's right, I said hot-swappable. That means a very small internal battery that only kicks in when swapping out the main battery, so the phone never loses power.
gadget crazier, 10 Feb 2016haha. never seen before? so lame. lumia has this feature since 2012 and it's called glance scr... moreyeah.it is true.nokia c7 had this feature that means since 2010.i think nokia is better than lg their technology ahead than lg's
haha. never seen before? so lame. lumia has this feature since 2012 and it's called glance screen and you can set it always on / whenever you hovering the sensor all info will appear. new feature? absolutely for LG phones but not for the Lumias.
My two years old lg nexus 5 got the feature always off. (motherboard is damaged :( )
Hmmmm seems that I have read this on SAMSUNG's Article about the tagging "ALWAYS ON". Is it the New trend for SMARTPHONES this year 2016? hihi. Just wondering...
The "unseen ,revolutionary " technology is used for atleast 2-3 years on all Nokia and after its acquisition on all Microsoft phones and is called "Glance screen".Of course ,LG cannot use the same name because they might face a lawsuit that is why they thought of a new name that they will use for this technology.......stop promoting it as "never seen" function, because it is funny and pathetic......i hope you fix your article and mention the pioneers of this tehnology-Nokia ,because LG are not the ones who invented it!!!!!!
Feature Is same as that found on Nokia N-8 and related Symbian^3 OS devices.
It's like lg is going head to head with Samsung galaxy s7
Yesterday a feature leak of samsung s7 showed that an always on edge display will be available.
