Because, total inputs cost i.e. cost of production of input materials of a smartphone of its each part, such as for quad core processor, battery, android lollipop operating system etc. etc., may be above Rs.250/- in the relevant market. Then, how a company offer to give a smartphone at a price of just Rs.350/- or any price, in India. For example, if a company first collects Rs.350/- at least from 1 crore people of India (from all over India) by way of promising delivery of that cheap smartphone, then, the company easily collects Rs.350 Crores totally and thereafter if they did not deliver their promise and disappear from society for some time in future, even then, only cheating case can be filed against those defaulters but case will go for longer time in the courts. In the meantime, due to very low loss of Rs.350/- many customers easily forget OR leave the matter in rest by way of blaming their own attitude of "urgent-booking plus payment activities, without knowing the real facts of such advertisements". But, the people of concerned company will be come Crorepatis in India and thereafter they will probably start a new idea to dump the innocent people
