GSMA tries to undermine other brands and highlights Samsung mobiles achievements sometimes even if there aren't any.
Anonymous, 18 Feb 2016Use a blind fold and cover ur eyesIt's his choice, man. Do you sleep with all lights on and open eyes?
Why does GSMArena have to always undermine Samsung's achievements?? In this particular case, mentioning LG's Always On screen is completely unnecessary and it might prove quite different from the Samsung's feature.

old cellphones like Motorola or Siemens S25 have an "always on" display.
Symbian-powered smartphones like Nokia also have it.

I'm very photophobic and i need complete darkness if i want to sleep. Call me a vampire, but when i go to sleep i even unplug the TV cos that stupid red led is very annoying and i can feel it with my eyes closed.
If you try filming in a dark room a tv led with infrared camera, you will see that it lights up all the room..
Nothing left, cat is out ofof the bag. Just ditto S6, smallsmall haircuts, plus minus, camera downgraded, battery upgraded, of course SD slot with Sim slot n one. Rest is history, just wait and see for 2 Qtrs, price may stabilize. 850$ is abnoxious!

But smart watches aren't really too common yet, plus they still have lacklustre batteries and are still generally in infancy.
Either way though, always on isn't really a big deal. I guess it's nice if the battery use was limited but I honestly couldn't care less either way. Just for comparison, the lg v10 had a second screen with always on, and it brought the crappy 55 hours endurance rating to an abysmal 45 hours.
