I made a payment using credit card... 291 amount has got deducted and after that there was gateway error when it tried to reach fredoom251.com and did not receive any order confirmation details.
As per my BANK and cc avenue they have confirmed the transaction to be successful and money has gone to the merchant .I have received the order id and reference id from CCAvenue confirming it.
Now I am not able to connect freedom 251 customer care from morning, I have already made 200-300 calls... it showing busy continuously.
How do I get the phone or money back whichever I can get?
No response to email also I have not yet received order invoice/confirmation details.
