Anonymous, 19 Feb 2016Actually, USB Type-C has been a standard for a year and a half. http://www.usb.org/press/... moreAppreciate your effort on giving me a link. Though, you can't deny the fact that not every country has USB Type C accessories, or even know what USB Type C is. What I meant with 'standard' is it isn't standard in MANY countries yet, just like in my country.
Lack of USB Type-C is a BIG, BIG, BIG mistake. A hughe dissadvantage. A critical deal breaker, and a kind of inexplicable thing, becaus it is not an expensive feature.
Samsung mada a big mistake.
I don't have time for what I think will feel like 60 years compared to USB Type C devices charge up to full while I just sit there growing gray hair with the mini USB plugged. I'm tired of carrying around for power packs too.
GG NO RE. Gonna try one of those Sony Z5 sh*ts everybody's talking about. They actually look cool too. I'm not a hipster but hell to the no am I ever gonna carry around this butt ugly silver surfboard around with me. That's actually psychological cruelty. I dislike it but am forced to carry it around and look at the screen? Lenovo or one of those Chinese dudes will be number 1 soon anyway. More money for the same power and looking good too. BANG FOR BUCK
Are people seriously complaining at the design, did you really think it was going to change after the huge and successful change it did last year, I feel that people need a change in design just to say its better but don't know the reasons why. I'm not a apple fan but they don't change there design every year, if theirs no need for it then why do it?. I'm not even gonna get started on USB Type C it's pointless at this current time.
No USB type C? Oh, okay. No buy. I'll be satisified with S5/S6 then. Its the same thing, but cheaper.
Where are differences or changes ?
No point buying this.. samsung will fail with this...
I get it! The finger grease is acting like some kinda of camo to hide its identity! 😀
No USB-C is great. USB-C is not never standard, actually it is not at all the case. USB-C can be USB1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 etc. it is just reversible connector what makes it different. My personal view is that standard USB-C is too big for smartphones. Unless they standardise something as "USB-C micro" I am fine using USB micro.. reversible is just nice to have and bearing in mind it doesn't give any advantage to have USB-C it is not worth worry to upgrade, hope it is not going to come to Samsung for a while.
