hey anyone, can you tell me how does it compare against the Dell Lightening, which has an OMLED? thanks
Wow... and this is exciting news right?
Its not a bad move,we iphone users are not human we are sheep and cows and our eyes can truely see how great this diplay is waaaaaay better than the galaxy. Steve Jobs is our master and we have willingly submitted our souls, bodies, minds and money to him. For we are sheep the great chosen shepherd shall provide. Hail Steve Jobs the father of technology.

Steve Job is our master and we have willingly submitted our souls.body, mind and money to him so what ?
This is very poor, they are focusing on a pixelation which is already a bit stupid to use as comparation to the other phones. I mean it is not interested at all, as it is not visible to human eye... :S SOrry for poor english..
Anonymous, 30 May 2010This is all so id***ic.. Here's the thing - AFTER THE PIXEL DENSITY SURPASSES 220, IT'S ALL... moreWell dear boy, you actually said it better than in theiPhonefever blog!
This is all so id***ic..
Here's the thing - AFTER
THE PIXEL DENSITY
SURPASSES 220, IT'S ALL
THE SAME FOR THE
HUMAN EYE!!!
Pixels turn invincible!
That's why they used a
MICROSCOPE!
You can't distinguish that
960x640 is sharper than
800x480 on 3.5 inch
screen!
So this is NOT an
advantage in real life at all
[deleted post]Well I was trying not to be too critical, but thanks for proving my point more. Although I doubt many will listen to it....

THey don't make millions of ferrari's now do they? :))
Spyroscesarsc, 30 May 2010HTC don't make AMOLED displays. Buy them by Samsung. Nokia may do the same but I'm not sure...Amoled screens may be ok for small runs of phones, like Nokia, HTC's and Samsung's but for 30-40 million iPhones they can't make enough of them.
Anonymous, 30 May 2010Bluetooth is too slow, it's slower than HSDPA or WiFi.
Not as slow as HSPDA upload and even wifi upload not to mention to have HSPDA on an iphone it must be glued to a tower or else it won't get 3g...
And if it does get 3g chances are battery will run out before you get to send 5mb :))))

AMOLED and Super AMOLED are better then TFT so it puts Apple in the third place category, not in one of the best category. Their UI is flashy so you think it's the screen, but it's not.
As for sound, you should check out this blog post from GSMArena

Anonymous, 30 May 2010You can import whatever you want into iTunes, from any source you want and then sync it across... moreYeah, much simpler than drag and drop... that's why OS4 includes drag n' drop :/
What a clown this P%nm really simple to install itunes on computers that don't have it & you don't own... piece of cake ;)
David, 30 May 2010Mediamonkey still doesn't solve the iTunes issues. There is no difference in synching songs on... moreYou can import whatever you want into iTunes, from any source you want and then sync it across.
Who cares about folders and files, the iPhone OS is designed to be simpler, you want music you open the music App, Photo's open the Photo's App etc, Spotlight search also searches everything.
There is only memory which can be used for Apps music movies whatever, none of this messing around with multiple mass memories etc and wondering why you get memory full errors when you know you have heaps of free space only scattered all over the place.
