Then take a look at the GPUs that are fast enough to run VR on Oculus. You will see no overlap of those sets, and actually you will see that Apple's GPUs would have to be about twice as fast as they are now to handle Oculus. Optimization can get you very far using underpar hardware, but there is a point where the only answer is throwing more hardware at the problem. VR is like this.
AnonD-497388, 04 Mar 2016Add Cold water to the Burned area of the Year hahaha. burnnnnnnnn ahahahaa

mir, 04 Mar 2016Mac computers are specced accordingly with their price tags. Why don't Oculus adapt their hard... moreYou are absolutely kidding yourself if you think Macs are priced to hardware accordingly. Macs are the most overpriced pieces of hardware, Don't get me wrong I love Mac's but Oculus can't adjust their hardware because then it wouldn't work, accept the fact that Apple computers are not made for Gaming or VR.
Mac computers are specced accordingly with their price tags. Why don't Oculus adapt their hardware to what apple offers, instead of whining about it?

What makes this statement extremely amusing is that it's one hundred percent true. You can't run VR with a brand name. It requires some powerful hardware instead.

AnonD-362866, 04 Mar 2016So what? Your point? The mind bending revelation? I'm missing it?My point is that Apple will join 2 years later than everyone else, then start sueing VR companies to stifle the competition while they play catch up
AnonD-362866, 04 Mar 2016Nah, with their own iteration of it, taking bits and pieces from various existing tech, and im... moreYes taking bits and pieces from others tech, putting it into their own devices and then sueing other companies because they use the same tech or programming.
Superb comment :) Toy phones and toy computers, I wish windows was as pretty as apple gear, then apple would have nothing to sell their products on.
AnonD-362866, 04 Mar 2016I see you are still living in the Jobs era... The i-era is long gone. Welcome to present day :)The "Jobs era" didnt involve sueing everyone instead of actually creating innovation to keep up with the competition
