HTC makes the most reliable phones in the world from my own experience with HTC m8 for almost 2 years and nothing has ever gone wrong with the phone and has never even frozen once and it performs absolutely superb despite using a 64gb micro SD card and it looks like it will work for a decade without giving any problems, now that's what I call the greatest phones that's ever been built, a super happy customer that will 100% go for the next HTC flagship.
Wow it looks gorgeous and elegant. Can't wait to have her in my hands 😉
Noel, 07 Mar 2016It is good that they have a smaller 5.1" screen HTC M10 phone but I think HTC really needs a 5... moreAs a m7 user, I am going to miss the smaller form factor. 5.1" screens are just barely outside of my comfort zone for one handed operation.
I really hope these are not the final images and that all leaks so far are off the mark.
As some readers have commented, this design looks very plain and nothing stands out at all. It really does seem as if its a hybrid of a GS series & iPhone which IMO doesnt look good.
HTC's M7 and M8 were good look phones and unique. M9 was off in design but i read and understood why they did it that way. Plus the Sd810 saga probably made their sales even worse.
Boomsound or Stereo speakers is key for me to consider another HTC. The X9 looks decent and if they can make it's specs close to a flagship then i will probably steer towards that direction instead. I still love Sense and think that thats probably one of the best UIs ever for Android
Also, colors and a small role in the assessment of people with regard to the design of phones. But it is not decisive. People are looking primarily to the quality of components, facilities, phones and. .. and more.....and in the final...la price. Do those from HTC are aware of these issues?
Many colors to see cam on ... HTC. Does the colors to be at fault as it was in a financial breakdown?...:))
I want them just in case, and make high-quality phones, as showed, what can be done.
AnonD-512151, 07 Mar 2016I'll be getting the HTC 10. Much prefer Sense to Samsung's TouchwizI agree 100% - I got an S6 active when it came out - shipped it back after a week. Now I got an G4 and it's ok but I much prefer Sense all the way.
Liam, 07 Mar 2016Sad to see BoomSound speakers go :(No boomsound, gotta move to another OEM as a front sound speaker is highly important. A must on a smartphone (or even on a tablet). Looks like my HTC days will be over soon!
I hope that HTC , by this phone, rebounding afloat, from a financial point of view.
I'll be getting the HTC 10. Much prefer Sense to Samsung's Touchwiz
I'm so hoping it still has Infrared blaster + NFC, and FM Radio if possible !
If otherwise then it's a no go for the (m)10, and a go for the Honor 7, or even a Xiaomi mi4s or mi5 !
HTC has been playing with "fire" in the last year. Results are seen. It has been "burned". If their new phone, will not earn the respect of the people, will have big financial problems.
Liam, 07 Mar 2016Sad to see BoomSound speakers go :(Regarding BoomSound, I think HTC have something up their sleave.
I'm liking the design choices. Not crazy about the switch to capacitive buttons but I can live with it if I have to. Now all we need is for the performance to be up to snuff, for it to be reasonably priced, have a great camera and stellar battery life. All these things have been incredibly difficult for HTC to pull off simultaneously in the past. Virtually all their competitors do this, and if HTC fails again I'm not sure anything can stop them from sinking. I'm holding out hope for you HTC, don't let us down.
Now, i became very clear what follows the company HTC. Namely, a "battle" directly with Samsung. The two phones, HTC 10 and S7, are approximately IDENTICAL, with minor differences between them. Now, I'll watch it "fight" that he have, necessarily, and that will need to havean, advertising component. I can tell your even today, as WINNER "struggles" will be the one who will know how to adapt their ADVERTISING so as to attract the ATTENTION of the public.
