Anonymous, 09 Mar 2016It is worse in some areas and better than Sony's in other areas. Only in your tiny imagination it had any plus points over Sony's offering.
Hah and like their previous all hyped up isocell crap, this is going to follow suit and fail miserably as well.
But then again samsung users deserve it.
Anonymous, 09 Mar 2016It is worse in some areas and better than Sony's in other areas. Had both, Sony sensor was better. Not by a lot but better
Dovice, 09 Mar 2016Are Samsung licensing Sony's patents? Assuming they need to.They don't need to. Sony didn't invent dual pixel. Sony's sensor didn't come with dual pixel. Samsung edited the sensor themselves to make the Sony sensor dual pixel.
Anonymous, 09 Mar 2016it base on sony sensor.nice copy sammy but can even compete with sonyIt is based on imagery. Sony didn't invent it, canon had it long before. And Samsung edited the Sony sensor into what it is.
it base on sony sensor.nice copy sammy but can even compete with sony
Really wish they didn't do this, I have the s6 with the samsung sensor and the lowlight video quality is so different from the sony one..
[deleted post]hah. Based on physical sensor size (area). Which is 3-4 times bigger than the one on S7. What sensor size determines, google yourself.
Anonymous, 09 Mar 2016You mean that each had benefits? No, Samsung sensor in GS6 proved worse then Sony one. But all reviews are done using the Sony sensor which was only available at launch. Samsung cheated the customers. Same thing happened with Note 4.
AnonD-183110, 09 Mar 2016Still no match for 4 years old 808 1/1.2" sensor ^^The shootout link please. Or wait and ask for it. We don't need conclusions based in nothing.
