TheWanderer, 01 Apr 2016I hope that people finally see Huawei devices for the overpriced crap that they really are.Lol nah, your iPhone and/or Samsung you mostly have is the overpriced crap, especially iPhone, their sh!t is so overpriced.
AnonD-504676, 30 Mar 2016Disappointed with Huawei. Even their Nexus 6P have been a disaster with huge bezels and terri... moreAre you kidding me? Huawei make the best nexus phone so far....so im guessing you are just trolling here lol
Mali T880 is pretty good GPU, but minimum MP should be 8, and preferred 12, 4 is just way too weak.
TheWanderer, 01 Apr 2016I hope that people finally see Huawei devices for the overpriced crap that they really are.they are priced at about half of an samsung, are you serious?
Dre, 31 Mar 2016I used my p7 for T-Mobile and metro pcsyour tmobile supports only 700MHz I think or 1700MHz ? mine OP supports two simultaneously now they will be supporting triple band simultaneously to bring LTE-A
have no idea what metro pcs is..
I hope that people finally see Huawei devices for the overpriced crap that they really are.
Dre, 30 Mar 2016Yea i know it support s 4g LTE but don't have enough band support. It HAS enough,it is your OP have to blame, as they support only one LTE band
P7 offers 5 BANDS
This could be the more expensive option, pretty sure the standard one will feature Kirin 950 and 3/32 RAM/STORAGE configuration, but cameras will remaign the same.
I expect a 100$ difference in price between both models.
I personally will wait 2-3 months for the Honor 8
I like kirin soc but GPU is definitely weaker. Saw a video, they tested nba game, mi 5 capped at 60 fps, mate 8 around 50 fps. For galaxy s7 i dunno, well it does have a higher resolution screen and there seems a bug with gaming on s7 atm if you read the xda forums.
AnonD-248589, 30 Mar 2016The 820 in the Mi5 only gives 5.5hrs SoT with 3000mah. The 650 of Note 3 gives 8hrs with 4000... moreThe Mi5 has a 5.2". Also given the battery sizes, on face value it seems they consume equally as much power. However, you must take into account what is being done when the screen is on GSMArena's own battery tests show almost 14 hours of video for the Mi5, so that's already more than double the SoT you're stating. Also, saying one SoC is more efficient than the other requires a standardised method to measure the efficiency, so your statement is unqualified and the one chipset is not necessarily more efficient than the other.
Elfyanlied, 30 Mar 2016Hello. One more time benchmark are useless. Look at the french website frandroid or phonandroi... moreyou are lie s7 get average on real racing3 57 fps
i do not know about mate 8 but it will not 60 fps
AnonD-405216, 31 Mar 2016S7 have not compatibility in real racing 3 yetLol Are you kidding? Same problem for Hitman Sniper
AnonD-520783, 31 Mar 2016Well play Ramboat on the mate 8. Smooth as silk. Play it on the s7 edge. It drops frames, lags... mores7 is new so it will have compatibility problem in some old game
no way huawei with low cpu gpu can beat s7
Peoples are completely wrong about the power of this soc. The Kirin 950's Gpu is very powerful. I don't care of mp2 mp65... But i know that in gaming the Mate 8 is perfect
Their dual camera seems to be different from lgs. I saw a video promo, they seem to be using 1 black & white camera and 1 colour camera. Either way I don't think there will be performance issues. I've seen one of those side by side comparisons(ok ok i know they aren't scientific) between s7 and mate8, the mate8 actually loads some apps faster, probably due to the 1080p screen.
