Samsung+ is Samsung's customer support app, that you can find preinstalled on a variety of the company's smartphones and tablets
Phone does not carry international warranty on Samsung do more research on this
This is so cool. I remembered when I worked for tech support for Telstra before that we can remotely access customers mobile phones so we can fix it and now Samsung do offer this. Awesome! For the supports,If its a live call you should put make up every other call. LOL!
App useable only inside US. :( Rest of us has also the International Samsung Warranty for our phones, then why not us? It's not like they have to physically visit us. A live web chat would have been great so that we people from other regions could also have our problems solved. Like currently I'm facing a language problem with Twitter in the App Edge. Twitter Trends in the app edge use different language than what is the original language on my phone.
Actually Sony did this first. I like how nobody gives sony the credit ever.

AnonD-416078, 01 Apr 2016Honestly speaking, all OEMs should copy this from Samsung, well done Samsung.Well of course they can, and eventually would , under the banner of "for the betterment of mankind". But do they not at-the-very-least, recognize Samsung as the original author in this new awesome and real tech support, and not themselves, not to mention the true and mighty copycat; Apple?
WOW!, Another first, from the King Of Tech of course... And don't be surprised, if Apple will eventually launch this type of support of there own, and then call it; the first, and the greatest iPhone support EVER!
Just wait, it will come, not unless the Rapture of the Church of Jesus Christ comes first
#wanna join Him?
