AnonD-263286, 01 Apr 2016Not as sturdy as Samsung for sureThe S7 edge screen cracked and the s7 had the case crack open. Your comment is false.
What is it with you Samsung fanboys? Feeling a bit threatened this phone is going to take away sales?
AnonD-506194, 01 Apr 2016Ao they basically mislead customers with their "metal unibody" advertising?...wow LG just wow.... moreIts still metal underneath. If the antenna lines were exposed, you might complain about that as well.
You could give to me instead of ruining this..
By the way ... Who uses the phone like you tested.
AnonD-506194, 01 Apr 2016Ao they basically mislead customers with their "metal unibody" advertising?...wow LG just wow.... moreWhy? Because they put a coating over the metal?
Thats like saying a car manufacturer lied about a car being metal because the metal was painted.
Its still a metal phone. There is no plastic as many claim and thats the real issue.
Ao they basically mislead customers with their "metal unibody" advertising?...wow LG just wow...how much did they throw away for this phone?..the V10 is still the best phone from them imo
That would explain a few reviews complaining that, even though the G5 is an all-metal device, it still feels like it's made out of plastic. I have to wonder if hiding the antenna lines was worth it on LG's part.
I was never a fan of the G line's aesthetics (or design) but they were OK. this one...maybe its just me but I find it really ugly - at least the back. plus I find the detachable part a really bad idea. again, just my opinion.
on the subject, no matter how "sturdy" they make it...it will always be 100% luck if you drop it and the display doesn't crack or the metal/plastic/whatever back doesn't get damaged :). on the other hand, glass does "remember" any bad treatment, and even if it survived a hit, it will crack later when you simply touch it a bit harder :))
