Its like a carnival of iHaters with saliva dripping outta their mouths and long finger nails full off dirt ere ha ha Any news on the iPhone thats negative ere and the iHaters come out one by one to attack! Its so laughable!!!! LOL

Every great product can get flaws. Nothings ever 100% perfect. The 3GS was the best touchscreen smartphone until the iPhone 4 came out. Even that phone has had small complaints, but the overall majority have been happy with the 3GS. The iPhone 4 has sold fantastically worldwide in its release week, however there have been a handfull of faults reported, the faults reported are a small percentage of the total sales. If every iPhone 4 was faulty id agree this would be bad, buts its only a handfull so far compared to its sales! Yet the iHaters think this is going to make Apple crumble and the crappy Nokias and Samsungs are gonna eclipse the iPhone......Dream On!!!!!!!! Ha Ha

Every Nokia smartphone has been pretty much substandard, I cant see the N8 being any better!!!!!

I work for a high street phone retailer and I have to say after playin with an iphone 4 i think its a great phone, good looking and wprkd fine. theres to much childish bitching here. if you dont like it dont bother trying to put it down and ruin it for people who have bought it and maybe very excited/happy. I dont have an iphone as its not my thing. I prefer my droid. but saying the iphone is terrible and slagging it off is just stupid. if u like it then great, if you dont then shut the hell up and let the people hu like it enjoy it and go and enjoy the fone that excites u.

Dead pixels on new devices isnt new. Its very common. Lcd screens are notorious for them appearing on release models. As for the yellow gas. Be patient and it will dissipate.

Success breeds contempt. Especially for the best smartphone on the market :)))))

"We’ve also developed a custom glass that’s comparable in strength to sapphire crystal, but about 30 times harder than plastic. This glass is not only used on the front of the phone but also on the back."

WOW 30 times harder than plastic??? plastic that doesn't shatter like glass??? AND 30 TIMES HARDER???

WoW I guess Apple did call it shatter proof which makes you once again a liar.

I hard that the UK orange iPhones never reach more than TWO (2) bars even if you're not touching them.
Will post a few user's tests on youtube.
All made outside, with GPS on, iPhone doesn't get more than 2 bars!

On Engadget it got scratched from day one of reviewing.

So where's your proof liar? All iPhone's are manufactured the same, there's 2 antennas placed faulty, you touch them, the signal goes down.

Show us proof liar! We've shown you so now it's your turn.

I just heard from a very good source that the antenna issue isnt present in the UK on Orange at least. Plus the iphone is Scratch resistant, not shatter proof. Which makes the drop test pretty much redundant.

You haters just make up lies to suit your own agenda against Apple.

Its very sad. I feel sorry for you all :)

Nonetheless, Nokia N8, a symbian crap! There are better options, though. HTC Desire, Legend & Samsung I 9000 Galaxy S would cut a swathe through N8, hands down. N8 on the other hand, is equipped with a larger sensor and should do well as far as still photography is concerned and the comparison stops here. No hard feelings pal.

                        http://gizmodo.com/5571143/some-iphone-4-screens-have-yellow-bands-and-spots

                        Surely an isolated event =))))))

They said the residue gas going to disappear, yet they keep calling people for replacements. LIE + FAIL

Light leakage and dead pixels usually occur over time, imagine the poor build quality, if they show up on day 1!

Anonymous, 25 Jun 2010The yellow spots thing has been explained. God, some haters are so thick on here. The yellow spots have been explained by a lie:

Firstly people started noticing them in the second day or so of use.
Then apple said it's some residue from the manufacturing that will go away.

Well it it's residue why wasn't it there the first day?
And have they actually disappeared for someone? No they haven't, they're being replaced and obviously faulty.

Amazing what gullible fools these fanboys are.
You might want to check the scree if you get one, but the spots show up in time. The damage is a matter of days.
