We are the people that love a nice shape, shine, milk-like colors and margaritas during lunch time. Yes, sometimes some of us like to wear woman's clothes and be in a submission but that hardly constitutes us as teens. Many of us are well in their 40s, wearing beards and mustaches. We are a legion loyal to anything Apple does. Please do not insult us. We simply like our lives free of complications and excessive thinking. We want you to be like us too. Open your mind and start listening to this high-pitched, modem-like noise in your head that is almost impossible to hear for most people.
on global market this is not very much, I am not sure why you making a big deal out of this icon, which can hardly have any reception at all!!!
now...is this number including the preorders from the week before, cuz that can hardly be considered into the "3 days"
I think most of the buyers are upgraders and they've bought the phone unaware the problems and some of them are only teenagers who only care about the brand and they have no noticeable knowledge about mobile phones.after all we might see the sell meteres go higher 'cause of the blind and one way minded fans who also care about the brand and are all fallen for the marketing adds only
Kool-Aid biorobots buying new liver for Steve Jobs (a butler for New World Order)
Well most UK networks were offering the phone to existing customers at first - so guess alot would have come through upgrades.
This is the first iphone i've had and despite the signal issue (only happens indoors for some reason) it has still give me a much better user experience than my Nokia E55.
Ok i admit Mr Jobs fob off of the reception issue is annoying and I don't get how a software update will resolve the matter but do i wish i never bought it? No...
Beats symbian rubbish any day of the week...yet to try an android phone but each to their own
80% of those people who bought iphone 4 are probably 10~12 years old kids begging their parents to buy iphone 4...for me i prefer high end smartphones(android, meego) or at least a decent midrange smartphone rather than an regular/ordinary phone like this one =)
Anonymous, 28 Jun 2010Ridiculous!! Holding it a certain way will give you better receptions. WTF Apple is being stupid!Apple is not stupid. This is a mind-control operation. To test if these flu vaccines in humans already work -> make them do whatever master commands them
Ridiculous!! Holding it a certain way will give you better receptions. WTF
Apple is being stupid!
This is amazing how mind-control works. Human slaves craving latest gadget that will only work if they hold it properly - as Jobs ordered.
Cant believe 1.7million people bought this trash...old tech in phone repackaged...spotty reception...data caps on AT&T plans...and you need to hold the phone with a pair of tweezers to make a call...blah
This phone is meh at best...if this phone didnt have that shiny apple logo on in would people buy it i think not...better phones with less problems have been killed and sent to the junk heap why not this one...
Your friendly neighborhood troll
hey gsm arena where is your review of iphone 4...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!come on its too late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you guys are just apple haters all day long no one wants these bs symbia and window mobile devices.once again don't hate the iphone hate the the app store who are not but your fellow peers that do not work for apple.
and all of it will have to be recalled.
with 10% of iphone4 restocking you will have to pay apple, that's why i return my twi & take my money back.
Great ! Me too I don't like Apple, I prefer Sony Ericsson (but no news high end this company falling down).. But I must admitted it's crazy. Apple comes with a nice, easy to use device and since 3G completely change the Mobile World. Maybe just Nokia, LG, Samsung, SE and HTC can battle against but... so many people think just "iPhone" when you speak "mobile". iPhone 4 is not perfect (N8 not too !!!!!!!) but very smooth and easy O.S. and a nice very nice device.
It will be my first Apple product when the white will be available, mid-july!
A good survey would be to find how many of those 1.7 million users were new Iphone adopters and how many were upgrading.
BTW. How on earth do you solve a hardware problem using a software upgrade?
nldx, 28 Jun 2010the fact that now you can get it with a cheaper data package (only 15 dollars instead of 30) w... moreSmart? Hardly. Other countries have had tiered data pricing for years starting at $5. And better prices than this nonsense AT&T have brought out too.
200 meg should be costing no more than $8.
AT&T have just decided to stop ripping people off that don't *need* 5 gig/unlimited.
even after all the shortcomings...Apple manage to sell 1.7 million units..
i guess this is how RDF(visit the link given below) works...
its all abt marketing ...its all abt mesmerizing and convincing ppl that they NEED Iphone!!
