I just got the Marshmallow Android 6 update for my dual sim Samsung Galaxy S5 900FD (I'm in Australia). But now the option to move my apps to the SD card has vanished and my 16GB of internal memory is under a lot of pressure for space. Also some of the app icons have a changed appearance looking somewhat like the way that THL (Chinese phone) have spoiled the standard look of Google apps.
Anyone know how to get the option to move my apps to the sd card now? I can only delete or stop the apps, there seems to be no way to move them across to the SD card?

First hints of Marshmallow update for Galaxy A5 (2016) and A7 (2016) appear
Though we have always assumed Samsung will provide Android Marshmallow updates for all Galaxy A (2016) devices, there was no concrete evidence pointing in that direction. Now, certifications provide just that. Over at the Wi-Fi Alliance, Samsung had several regional versions of the Galaxy A5 (2016) and Galaxy A7 (2016) certified running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, giving us a first glimpse of the existence of the upcoming update.
Other than the certification for the 2016 generation of the A5 and A7, no other Galaxy A devices have been spotted running Android Marshmallow so far. However, we do expect to see the A3 (2016) and A9 in the waiting line soon as well. As far as predictions about the actual rollout of the Marshmallow update for the Galaxy A (2016) devices are concerned, we canÂ’t provide you with any concrete date. Sometimes, updates start weeks after renewed Wi-Fi certifications are published, but knowing Samsung it could easily take longer than that. Still, at least we now have concrete proof that the update coming
What about battery life after MM update??? Is it got better? As lollipop 5.0 is battery sucker. Plz let me know if any body updated
Sami the most prestigious company to work in in S.Korea cant keep promises about updates. When will ATT Note 4 get the update!? Its really frustrating. I guess they are doing this on purpose. Remember the 18 months update policy. If they push things very early then Note 4 might make it easily to Google N. Well for now we didnt even get the Marshmellow yet! Crazy
Marsmallow 6.0.1 received an hour back in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. Finally received the update.!!
Tried the battery saver - black and white mode. Which seems to be removed. That was a great feature I found in S5. If anyone finds it on the S5 please advise.
Otherwise still happy with the legendary S5 - 32 GB that i have been owning since June 2014 and still running quite fine.
dladz, 19 Apr 2016Is this to cripple this aging flagship? I only ask as when rooted this is a really good device... moreThis phone has very similar specs as my daily driver and I just updated it to MM recently and it runs just fine, very fast and responsive; which is why I don't understand why more companies don't focus on more important things like battery life rather than faster CPU's.
I ve got 3 updates in 3 weeks but it was stability updates and enchancement
